What happens on the call

No slide deck and no sales script. We go through your current setup: how many tickets you handle, which tools you use, where the time actually goes, and which hours are left uncovered. By the end you have a concrete answer on whether we can help and what it would cost — including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.

Two things worth knowing before you book. We handle written channels only — email, live chat and social messages — and we do not provide phone support. And if your time zone makes the usual slots awkward, book whichever one suits you and mention it: we work around your hours, not ours.
